Well, these two have now become a sweet family of 3! We want to send our excited congratulations to Devon & Michael out in California who welcomed baby Michael Benjamin on Friday night. He was a surprise to them, arriving 6 weeks early! He weighed 5 lbs 2 oz. and is 19 inches long. Proud grammy Mary sent me photos today and he is a doll.
Mom Devon is doing great! The baby is strong & active, but is still under the watch of the doctors and is on some assisted oxygen since he made an early arrival. Keep them all in your prayers as he continues to grow & develop.
Michael Benjamin joins Raylee Jade as our two J.Bailey Occasions babies for now...I know there is one more on the way! Congratulations to Devon and Michael. You are going to be wonderful parents!

Hey, just an update, baby Mikey is doing really well. He is now up to 6 lbs. 2 oz. and will be coming home in the next couple of weeks! We had the virtual baby shower and it was great. With the assistance of Web Cams, Skype and a projector at our church it was a success. I mailed ahead of time a shower in a box for the parents to be. It included, some decorations, plates, cups, snacks, their part of any games to be played and a few gifts. It was the next best thing to them being there. They were able to participate in games, Devons sister opened gifts in her honor. We then mailed them.
All in all it was a great way for family and friend to gather and show their love and support for a great couple that live across the country. I will email you a few pics. Some were ideas from YOUR blog. Love your great ideas.
